LISA KISBER

Digital and Television Fashion Personality

Lisa Kisber's career began in law, practicing at a high-powered New York law firm, but she was always more Legally Blonde than L. A. Law! Her style, reporting, writing, presenting and love of people eventually came to the forefront with a focus on marketing, story-telling and live TV in fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

A huge believer and supporter of Canadian fashion and design, this is a passion Lisa continues to share as the official style correspondent for the Canadian Arts and Fashion Awards, hosting and producing the only live red carpet show for Canada’s most glamorous night and throughout the year continues her role as the director of digital content for CAFA.

A born and raised Montrealer, Lisa had started a blog before most knew what a blog was and quickly became the first ever Official Style Blogger for Toronto Fashion Week and for Virgin Radio. Lisa was consulting with various lifestyle brands when she became the CMO and spokesperson for beauty brand Glossybox Canada, and she eventually became a regular lifestyle expert on local radio and TV morning shows. Lisa specifically loved live television, because there she could really feel and channel the audience's energy. With her focus on fashion and beauty, and her love of a great brand story, she used the vast knowledge she picked up as a fashion design student at the Fashion Institute of Technology and as a certified makeup artist on live TV. This unique experience has led up to her roles as a host on The Shopping Channel, as a lifestyle correspondent for Global Montreal and Toronto, as the fashion expert for Global’s new national morning show: The Morning Show and in her role at CAFA.
